Mirage Landscaping operates year-round, meaning that not only can we take care of your lawn care needs during the spring and summer, we are also on hand for snow removal during the winter. We consider it our job to keep you and your property safe, and we take it very seriously. Snow rarely falls at a time that is convenient, and City of Calgary bylaws do not take into account that people have to work and take care of their families. Bylaws stipulate snow must be removed within 24 hours of a snowfall ending. Quite often in Calgary that means you have to get up early before work to get your shovelling done, or have to rush home afterwards. Forget all about it and let us take care of it. We’re out as soon as possible after a snowfall, often working through the night, and we always have our properties cleaned up well before the 24-hour deadline and free of slip-and-fall hazards.
We can do it all
We are landscape maintenance experts, which includes a customizable monthly plan that will ensure your commercial or residential property is always looking its best. We begin with a thorough spring clean-up with edging, raking, and a fertilizer application. Through June and July we increase our mowing visits and also provide weeding and edging throughout the summer. Clients receive two applications of fertilizer and a spraying for dandelions if necessary. In September, we will trim your shrubs in addition to regular mowing and maintenance, and come fall we will help put your property to bed for the winter with your fall clean-up.
We are also experts in landscape construction, and have skilled masons, woodworkers, and brick workers on staff who can design and build anything made out of wood, concrete, brick, or stones. Retaining walls are one of our specialties and one of our favourite installations, as they are environmentally friendly and multi-functional.
